A new addition to culinary theme park Trinity Groves is just weeks away: Saint Rocco's will open its doors on Thursday, September 10. The brains behind Saint Rocco's is none other than Trinity Groves founder Phil Romano, who is of course also the founder of the Romano's Macaroni Grill chain (not to mention Fuddrucker's and numerous other concepts).
For Saint Rocco's, he's partnered with Eatzi's corporate chef Jay Valley. Romano is quoted in a press release as saying he intends Saint Rocco's to be "a destination restaurant." Don't expect authentic trattoria fare, however: Saint Rocco's, which will be open for dinner only, specializes in New York-style Italian food.
