Soon, diners will be able to visit one location to eat the wares of local legends Nick Badovinus and Julian Barsotti. The two are each opening restaurants this year at the same address in Highland Park Village — one situated at floor-level, the other a second-story kinda thing.
Both the new restaurants will focus on Italian food. On the ground floor will be Perfect Union Pizza Co., from Nick Badovinus (of Montlake Cut, Off-Site Kitchen and others). Perfect Union will be a chill, casual spot, serving artisanal pizza alongside rotisserie chicken and oysters on the half-shell. There will also be plenty of beers on-tap. Perfect Union will open later this summer.
