Sep 12, 2013 1827

These classes are held by the professional chefs of the International Culinary Center, who will present recipes to the students both with pasta secca and pasta fresca. Students will also learn Italian culinary vocabulary and what the Mediterranean way of living means: how to eat and choose healthy and fresh ingredients based on the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition Double Pyramid.

These cooking classes, aimed at 70 kids per session (high school only), are another way for them to learn that healthy food is not only good for you but delicious and easy to make too.
