This idea was emphasized during Taste 2026, the Florence event organized by Pitti Immagine that brought together more than 750 food producers and promoted the concept of authentic food tied closely to its territory.
Within this vision, ten destinations across Italy offer experiences where agriculture, hospitality, and culture come together through food.
