On the occasion of March 8th, International Women's Day, we are pleased to celebrate and remember Rosa Genoni, the godmother of Made in Italy. With talent and visionary genius, Rosa Genoni was an authentic and extraordinary architect of Made in Italy and contributed to the emancipation of women.
We must rewrite the history of Fashion and Costume to give her the recognition she deserves. She is a fundamental figure in Italian fashion, still largely unknown to the general public, especially in the context of Italian entrepreneurship, which has mostly been shaped by male figures.
