Unfortunately, climate change is having negative impacts on production due to increasing temperatures, intense rainfall and soil degradation.

In order to safeguard this important part of Italian heritage and economy, producers and consumers are demanding more sustainable wine choices. These include natural, biodynamic, organic and biological wines. But what exactly do these terms mean?
