More than three years since the retail center began touting its future dining tenants, Spring Valley’s Post Pavilion mostly completed construction and started luring casual restaurants to the corner of Durango Drive and Post Road. Located a quarter of a mile north from Ikea, the center was originally planned to be the first Las Vegas home of Classic Rock Coffee, now open in Silverado Ranch.
In Classic Rock’s place, the standalone building is currently planned as the third local outpost of 7 Leaves Cafe, creating a 1,6750-square-foot outpost for its coffee, tea, and boba menu, upgraded with a drive-thru window. The cafe’s food court outlet at the Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes remains temporarily closed.
