The Italian Cultural & Community Center of Houston is back with "A Tavola con le Tradizioni del..." chef's demo & dinner series aimed at promoting authentic Italian cuisine and culture.
Every month an Italian chef based in Houston together with the ICCC Program Director, Tiziana Triolo, will guide the public through a virtual tour of Italy exploring not only the culinary culture of the region but also the history, the art and the tradition. This February, Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese of Quattro Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel, will take the lead and will guide the public to the discovery of Valle d'Aosta gastronomic treasures.
