La Gelateria della Musica is known in Italy for strange and popular ice cream concoctions like Bread, Butter & Jam, Bud Light-flavored and Chocolate Bacon. For a while, you couldn't find anything like it outside Italy. That is until Fabio Brigliadoro, the owner of the La Gelateria chain and chef behind flavors, decided to open up his first shop across the Atlantic in Boca Raton's Royal Palm Place plaza, at 101 Plaza Real S.

"We did a little research starting from Miami and when we found this place in Boca, we said, 'This is it. This is the right place,' " Brigliadoro said. The personality and vibe of Palm Beach County, and Boca Raton in particular, appealed to Brigliadoro and his partners, former customers in Italy, who will run the location.
