La Centrale, the Italian food hall at Brickell City Centre, will debut with 14 different dining spaces in 40,000 square feet. Media were given a preview of the downtown Miami eatery before it opens in December.
La Centrale will include a café with an espresso bar, a traditional Italian bakery, mozzarella and raw fish bars, a shop with grab-and-go items, an Italian chocolate and gelato eatery, a cocktail and aperitivo (alcoholic drink) bar with a live performance stage and a dedicated kitchen event space for cooking classes, book signings, guest chef "takeovers" and wine tastings. It will also have a shop to buy all of the ingredients used in the dishes at its restaurants.
