The owners of Vivace are bringing a new upscale-casual Italian dining concept to StoneCrest at Piper Glenn this week. Civetta Italian Kitchen + Bar, in the old Smoke Modern Barbecue space, will feature Bucatini with housemade meatballs, Lobster Risotto, Bolognese, chicken or eggplant Parmesan, Veal Saltimbocca and Winter Risotto with mushroom conserva, eggplant, broccoli, carrots and parmesan.
You’ll be able to order pizzas with toppings like Fig & Prosciutto with gorgonzola and arugula, Margherita or White Pizza with mushrooms, four cheeses and truffle oil. Civetta will be open initially just for dinner, and then within coming weeks, owners Stacey and Kevin Jennings of Urban Food Group will expand to include lunch.
