Fabio Cucina Italiana, a new Italian culinary in Midtown East, will open on Feb. 5. Chef Fabio Hakill's menu features homemade pasta made from locally sourced ingredients.
Signature dishes include Fettuccine alla Fabio, made at your table by Chef Fabio with porcini mushrooms and a delicate sauce that enhances the woody taste of the mushroom; and Risotta Crema di Scampi, which features the freshest fish and lightest of creams.
