Fante’s Kitchen Shop, located in Philadelphia, PA, will host cookbook author Elisa Costantini on May 19. Costantini will be signing her latest cookbook, “Italian Moms: Spreading Their Art to Every Table and Italian Moms: Something Old, Something New.”
According to Fante’s, in her new book, Costantini includes 150 Italian-themed recipes inspired by her childhood in Abruzzo, Italy. She also shares some reinvented classics to pay homage to the newer generations of Italian-Americans. Recipes range from antipasto to desserts. The book signing will be held from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and there will be also be continuous demonstrations.
