On April 29, before the crowd arrived to celebrate the 40th year of the ever-popular Mazzetti's Bakery, Rudy and Julie Mazzetti sat together and looked around at all the flowers well-wishers had sent — bouquets filled with every color imaginable, bouquets with balloons.
Along with the Pacifica Tribune, there were a few others who stopped in early to congratulate Rudy and Julie on their bakery's 40th year, including Pacifica City Councilmember Len Stone and Pacifica native son and Daly City Mayor David Canepa. Canepa gave the surprised couple, a couple known for their generous hearts throughout the Bay Area, a Certificate of Commendation. There is no place like Mazzetti's Bakery.
