The festival includes an Italian design installation, Fiat test drives on Thursday evening, a fashion show showcasing Italian bicycles on Friday.
The "Mangia Bevi Mercato" features Italian food, wine, and beer tastings including Galbani cheeses, Baci chocolates, Peroni beer and various Italian wines, as well as locally-made products in the Italian-style, such as Fra' Mani salumi and Corto Olive Oil.
The outdoor, bike-in theater is set-up in the parking lot at the Public Market Emeryville and at Fremont Park in Midtown. Free bike valet parking available at both locations. Swing by for the screening of Gianni e le Donne (The Salt of Life) at 9 p.m.
Festival-goers are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs, and may purchase pizza, panini, and salads, and gelato with beverages to-go at Hot Italian prior to the film.
