Marco Criscuolo
Chef Marco Criscuolo was born and raised in an agricultural town in Puglia, where he developed a deep appreciation for authentic ingredients and traditional cooking. He attended culinary school and completed prestigious internships in Sweden, Holland, and Egypt. He then joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, working in London, Santa Barbara, and Sydney. He later became Executive Chef of Andrea Ristorante at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, California, where he championed handmade Italian pasta. Following service as a private chef to a former U.S. Ambassador’s family, he opened Trattoria Trullo in Orange County in 2023, celebrating the culinary traditions of his native Puglia.
