"Portoni Narranti" turns a small Molise village into an open-air gallery

In the small mountain town of Guardiaregia in southern Italy, street art has taken on a new and unusual form. Instead of appearing on large urban walls, the artwork is painted on the wooden doors of old houses.

The initiative, known as “Portoni Narranti,” or storytelling doors, has transformed the historic center of this Molise village into a colorful outdoor gallery that tells the story of the community through images.
