The San Francisco Italian Institute of Culture will host a talk on the extraordinary career of Pino Masnata.
Dr. Roberto Masnata of Stradella, Italy, will speak about his father's unusual pairing of medicine and avant-garde art, his experience as a surgeon for Italian troops in Ethiopia and Russia, and his unique position in the Italian Futurist movement as Marinetti's most trusted friend, amanuensis, and physician.
