Another direct flight between Italy and the United States—and once again, it’s an American airline that’s expanding. Delta Air Lines has announced that in the summer of 2027 it will begin service between Venice and Boston, adding a new route to its already extensive transatlantic network to and from Italy.
The new route will begin May 8, 2027 and will be operated four times a week with an Airbus A330-300, configured with Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Main Cabin. With this new flight, Boston will be directly connected by Delta to three Italian airports: Rome, Milan, and, of course, Venice.
