A major new digital publication is shining a spotlight on Sardinia’s food culture, offering one of the most comprehensive collections ever assembled on the island’s culinary identity.

Created by cultural anthropologist Alessandra Guigoni, the Enciclopedia Enogastronomica della Sardegna is the result of decades of research and documentation, bringing together history, traditions, and contemporary food practices into a single, extensive work.
