Congratulations to NIAF member Paulette Licitra on the publication of her new cookbook, “Italian Cooking Party.”
The cookbook was inspired by the many Italian cooking parties Licitra has hosted in Nashville, and includes over 100 authentic Italian recipes that have been collected through Licitra’s years of studying from home cooks in Italy over the last 20 years, as well as her own Italian American background. The book is available for purchase here: http://ow.ly/m1j2308v3lu.
