We are proud to announce that Dr. Antonello Bonci, Scientific Director, NIDA Director, Intramural Research Program, NIDA Johns Hopkins Bayview Campus was appointed member of the National Academy of Medicine (NAM).

Antonello Bonci (born in Pesaro, Italy) is a neurologist and a neuropsychopharmacologist. In 1985, he went to Medical School at the Catholic University of Rome, where he graduated in 1991. In that same year, he started a Residency in Neurology at the University of Rome Tor Vergata that he finished in 1995.
