In real estate terms, Southern Italy is a mostly unexplored land. The rediscovery of Italy as a hunting ground for real estate shopping opportunities, more and more from a medium-long-term outlook, still passes through Northern Italy, with some stops in Rome.
As a market, however, Rome doesn't offer the same opportunities as Milan, where half of all the real estate investments took place last year.
