Prosciutto never gets old, though it can be refreshing to occasionally change the way you serve Italy’s most popular ham. Whether you're having a simple aperitivo or looking for a way to kick off a grand evening, switch up your prosciutto game with these three elegant ideas from our head chef Joëlle Néderlants.

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most gratifying. To make this preparation, just slice a long sandwich bread (mini-baguette, crispy ciabatta, or a club roll) crosswise and nestle a couple of prosciutto slices in between each piece. Place them on a serving dish so that everyone can help themselves.
