Human Technopole is the new ambitious project transforming Milan into a “world hub for health innovation”, Roberto Maroni (Governor of Lombardy) stated. Human Technopole will be established in the Expo area as a competitive hub able to challenge its peers in Europe and in the United States.

Stefano Paleari – president of the committee coordinating the project – made clear how Human Technopole will be respectful of all stakeholders involved in the project. Mr Paleari also anticipated to the Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore that 83 researchers will enter the pole by the end of the year. In total, the Technopole will be made up of 7 research centres and 1.500 researchers, who will be included in the structure by 2023
