Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the figures of Italian food exports in the first five months of 2020 show an excellent performance for both industrial and agricultural products.
According to Federalimentare data, the Italian food industry exports in the period January-May 2020 grew by +3% (+7.2% in the first four months, +9.4% in the first quarter and +8% in the first two months) compared to the same period of 2019.
