When it came time to open a third location of their Italian deli, co-owners Marco Caso and his brother-in-law Adriano Martino turned to their hometown of Tinley Park. With the opening of Fratello's Deli near Harlem Avenue and 183rd Street, Convention Plaza is fully occupied.
"We were not afraid of competition," Caso said. "We like to be around other restaurants. We think it will just draw other people to the area especially the area we chose between the Tinley Park Convention Center, L.A. Fitness and the hotel. It was definitely a big draw for us."
