The Montana A Cappella Society is hosting “Tastes of Tuscany” a festive Italian gala evening of food, song and celebration on Nov. 17. Reservations are needed by Monday, Nov. 12. The evening features a sumptuous gourmet four-course Italian meal catered by Caffe Firenze and performances by the Montana A Cappella Society and the Bitterroot Baroque. The entertainment includes silent and live auctions to help fund the society’s upcoming trip to Italy for the invitation only Choral Festival in Tuscany.
Debra Kehoe, MACS soprano, said the “Tastes of Tuscany” is an extraordinary event. “Not only do we have the finest Italian chefs in the valley preparing and serving a four-course Tuscan dinner, we have everything from a 2-week-old calf to a 10-person gourmet dinner cooked and served at your home,” Kehoe said, referring to items available at the auction. “We also have classes for bread making, jewelry construction and Clay-works! studio experiences.”
