Osteria Ottimo has served Italian cuisine in Orland Park for more than a decade. “We are a chef-driven restaurant,” said Laco Seeber, chef partner in Osteria Ottimo with owner-chef Patrick Concannon and owner-partner Stephanie Hansen.
“We love really good food so we try to share that with our customers.” Here is the dish on this eatery, which marks 11 years in January and offers a risotto of the day: On the menu: “We always try to have killer ingredients,” said Seeber about Osteria Ottimo, which is billed as taking old-school Italian and adding a modern twist.
