The Cultural Italian American Organization, of Auburn, will host a Columbus Day recognition dinner at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the Springside Inn, 6141 W. Lake Road, Fleming.
The dinner will honor Jack and Jerry Bisgrove and Matteo Bartolotta for their efforts to revitalize the Auburn area, and will also feature a five-course Italian dinner, cocktails and a cash bar.
The mission of the CIAO group is to support charity and to recognize Italian-American achievements in the community. Tickets cost $40 per person. Early purchase is encouraged.
