Katherine Wilson's debut memoir, Only in Naples: Lessons in Food and Famiglia from my Italian Mother-in-Law, was published by Random House in the U.S., Little Brown in the U.K. and five other countries in 2016 to critical acclaim. New York Times best-selling author and filmmaker Adriana Trigiani calls the book a "glorious memoir celebrating the holy trinity of Italian life: love, food and family.

(Katherine Wilson's) keen eye and sense of humor takes you through the winding streets of Naples at a clip, on a ride you hope will never end. If you love Italy, or the idea of it, you will love this book." Renowned New York Times restaurant critic, author and chef Ruth Reichl writes: "In a world filled with food memoirs, this one stands out. Katherine Wilson gives us more than the fabulous food of Naples. She offers us a passport to an exotic country we would never be able to enter on our own."

Only in Naples was read on BBC Radio 4 as the Book of the Week of June 6, 2016, and was called "deliciously entertaining" by the Daily Mirror. Kirkus gave it a starred review, calling it "an exuberant account of love and great Italian food." For Booklist, Only in Naples was "Vivid, candid... hilariously honest." Wilson narrated her own audiobook, winning a 2016 Earphones Award from AudioFile magazine. The U.S. paperback was released in May, 2017 with the title The Mother-in-Law Cure: Learning to Live and Eat in an Italian Family. By next summer the book will have been translated into six languages and published in 8 countries.
