Gooey mozzarella, juicy sausage and warm, sugary zeppole are just some of the delicacies attendees can expect to find at the 18th annual Festa Italiana. Thousands of attendees are expected throughout the four-day festival at the Italian Center in Poughkeepsie, Ernie Bruno, Italian Center president, said.

More than anything else, the annual festival is all about the food. "We find that most people, yearly, come for the food," Bruno said, adding that the festival "fills everyone's desires and tastes when it comes to Italian food."
