On Sunday August 4th, Bruce Newbury radio host of Newport's the Dining Out with Bruce Newbury show invited the Italian Trade Commission and Italian Cheese Expert Margaret Cicogna to his live broadcast at the Chanler Hotel at Cliff Walk to discuss the Italian Cheese Medley presented by Agriform at the Preservation Society of Newport County's much anticipated Venetian Ball at the historic Elms Mansion.
Before going on air, we were fortunate to talk cheese, tour the kitchen and meet Chef Duffy- the man behind the Culinary Magic at the Chanler hotel.
