Boston's North End tells the story of this famous Italian American neighborhood, from the arrival of the first Italian immigrants to the present.This campaign is seeking funds to complete a documentary in progress about the history of the Italian North End. We have already received close to $30,000 in funding, including $10,000 grant from the James and Percival Baxter Trust Fund, and a $10,000 donation from Paul Scapicchio.

By contributing to this campaign, you will be helping to document and preserve the history of the North End's Italian-American immigrant experience--including the love, the food, the feasts, and the humor that made this Italian-American community so special and unique for over a century. This documentary is actually history in the making, as this is the first time that the story of the North End has been told on film. It is an educational film but also a personal one and it can be enjoyed in the classroom or the living room.
