Wow, wow, wow, the Pueblo Symphony Orchestra's "Poperazzi" concert on Saturday night at Hoag Hall was a thrilling way to end the 85th season and to celebrate Jacob Chi's 20 years in Pueblo.
The evening was a perfect blend of classical and popular music. Rossini's "Overture to La scala di seta" was the opening selection. The symphony's performance was light and airy like the spring day the audience had just enjoyed.
