Francis Albert Sinatra may have had a love-hate relationship with his home state — the hate prevailing for years at a time — but that didn't dampen the affection his North Jersey fans had for the Hoboken-born-and-bred singer, whose voice touched their hearts at a formative time in their lives.
Seventeen years after his death, Ol' Blue Eyes still has plenty of devoted local fans. One of them is Ramsey author Richard Muti, a former trial prosecutor (and a former Ramsey mayor) whose new book is called "Cent'Anni: The Sinatra Legend at 100."
