Max Galassi got his first taste of filmmaking during a middle school art competition in Connecticut when he created a short film about bullying. "I had experience with bullying in middle school and it was something I was passionate about at the time," recalled Galassi.
"I was successful with it and I ended up getting second place in the state for that competition. I knew I wanted to continue because of the way I saw how it effected people, just seeing I had the ability to stimulate a really specific emotion in people and have them feel what I want them to feel ... just fascinated me.
