Martin Luther King Jr. Richard Nixon. Bobby Kennedy, ice skating with Ethel just weeks before his assassination. Idealistic young people placing flowers inside rifles held by grim-looking authorities.

Angry older people, holding signs filled with name-calling unheard of in today's America.
