Our mixology class is designed with cocktail history, shaking, making and tasting! The La Centrale beverage masters will show you how to recreate classic Italian cocktails at home and practical cocktail techniques. Cocktail lessons will include the Negroni, Aperol Spritz and modern updates like the Montenegro Mule.
