Monday, September 16th at 12 noon (Games start). The Castle on Versailles Road, 230 Pisgah Pike, Versailles, KY 40383. The Italian American Association of Louisville is looking for up to 5 members who want to be on a bocce team (one day only). There will be plenty of fun and food. This team will be playing in the Bob Valvano "V" Foundation celebrity bocce tournament to fight cancer.
Bob is a former college basketball coach including Bellarmine, current lead game analyst for ESPNRadio, and occasionally for ESPNU. When not doing those games, Valvano is the color analyst for University of Louisville men's basketball games on radio. Please call Bob Scorsolini (502) 500-9044. There is no fee needed from the bocce players. The IAA has already made a donation.
