Vincenzo Carlo La Regina

Vincenzo Carlo La Regina holds key positions within the Italian healthcare system: he is the Medical Director of Azienda Sanitaria Locale ROMA 6, President of INNEL (National Institute of Neuroleadership), and a member of the “Technical Committee for the Promotion of Humanization of Care in the National Health Service” at the Italian Ministry of Health. He is the author of the book Leadership Between Science and Ethics (preliminary reflections toward the construction of a general theory of Neuroleadership). He also published an article in 2025 in A New Humanism of Health, presenting the theory of the Health Triangle.
