On the occasion of the 10th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles present a series of exclusive events dedicated to promoting Italian gastronomic culture, under this year’s theme: “Italian Cooking: Health, Culture and Innovation.”
“The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a unique opportunity to celebrate and share with the public of Southern California the excellence and creativity of Italian culinary tradition. It is also a moment to highlight the role of Italian food in culture, health, and culinary innovation,” said Raffaella Valentini, the Consul General of Italy in Los Angeles.
