It's always been a toss-up for Frank Faluotico. He never really made up his mind which he liked better—law enforcement or cooking. He ultimately chose a 28-year career in police work, but there never was any question about his culinary prowess and love for good food.
As a matter of fact, the former Ulster County undersheriff often would merge the two worlds by cooking for his law-enforcement brethren on special occasions like St. Patrick's Day and summer barbecues.
