A beloved tradition celebrating Italian heritage, family and community will return this Labor Day weekend (Friday, Sept. 4 – Monday, Sept. 7) when the UNICO-St. Bart's Italian Festival takes over the grounds of St. Bartholomew’s Church / St. Bartholomew Academy (2032 Westfield Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ).
Hosted by the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Chapter of UNICO, St. Bartholomew’s Church, and St. Bartholomew’s Academy, the festival has been an annual tradition since 1974. The event honors San Nicola di Bari, the patron saint of Montazzoli, Italy.
