Over 650 Attend the Three Italian Tenors Performance in St Louis

By: Italian Community of St Louis

Italian Tenors Giovanni Leccese, Alessandro Fantoni, Ugo Tarquini, and Gaetano Amore along with pianist Fabrizio Mocata performed at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis on Friday, March 27, presenting an extraordinary program of the most famously beloved Sacred Arias and songs, fusing Italian wit and charm with romanticism, lyricism, dramatic flair and operatic style.

Among the prominent guests were Archbishop of St Louis Mitchell Rozanski, Emmy Award Winning Chef Giada DeLaurentiis, NY Times Best Selling Author Nadia Caterina Munno and plenty of St Louis Italians from all over including Chris & Toni Pagano from the Italia-America Bocce Club, artist Evelyn Astegno, WashU Neuroscientist Federica Lucantonio, many parishioners of St Ambrose and residents of The Hill neighborhood. Immediately following the concert, a private reception was hosted by Michael Cross and Msgr. Henry Breier, Rector of the Cathedral Basilica. It was a night to remember.
