Olivia Insani Perske is the winner of the inaugural 2026 West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival (WVIHF) Singer of the Year competition. Her selection followed a combination of live judging, in-person audience voting, and online public voting. As the winner, she will perform a 30-minute set on the main festival stage and participate in the festival parade.
The 47th annual festival runs Labor Day weekend, September 4-6, 2026, in downtown Clarksburg, West Virginia. The festival will feature live entertainment, Italian food, vendors, pageantry, a grand feature parade and much more.
