New Haven's Christopher Columbus statue spends its first Columbus Day in Lost in New Haven Museum

In July, Father Joseph MacNeil from St. Thomas More Catholic Chapel at Yale blessed the Columbus statue at its new home at Lost in New Haven with members of the Italian heritage group attending. In July, Father Joseph MacNeil from St. Thomas More Catholic Chapel at Yale blessed the Columbus statue at its new home at Lost in New Haven with members of the Italian heritage group attending.

The Christopher Columbus statue from Wooster Square Park in its new home in Lost in New Haven Museum. The new statue, “Indicando la Via al Futuro,” or “Pointing the Way to the Future” by Branford artist Marc-Anthony Massaro was installed in May 2024.
