The Massachusetts Association of Italian American Police Officers (ITAPO), will be holding our Annual Awards Banquet to be held on October 15th at Teresas Prime Steakhouse, 20 Elm Street, North Reading, MA. Tickets can be purchased here.
This year’s Banquet promises to be a very special event that we believe your subscribers would greatly appreciate. Our Saint Michael’s award shall be presented to Massachusetts State Auditor Dianna DiZoglio following in the footsteps of Joe DiNucci as the second only Italian American to hold this office.
We will also be honoring Officer Andrew Biggio of the Boston Police Department for his work with veterans, Officer Daniel Wall of Everett PD for his bravery in defusing a deadly situation and a posthumous Medal of Honor to State Trooper Kevin Trainor.
Our keynote speaker and Marconi Awardee is Dr. Andrea Vitalone, the head of the INTERPOL Liaison Office at the Consulate General of Italy in New York. He promises to deliver a fascinating look into international crime and the work of the Italian Law Enforcement on global issues.
