Mark A. Corino, Caldwell University's Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics, has been named the 2026 Man of the Year by the Italian American Police Officers Society of New Jersey. This recognition comes as Corino completes his 38th year at Caldwell, where he previously led the men's basketball team to an impressive record of 511 wins.
He will be honored at the Annual Gala on March 21, highlighting both his athletic and community contributions. Corino has been pivotal in expanding Caldwell's athletics from three programs to 16, transitioning the university to NCAA Division II. He has also led the development of several sports, enhancing the university's athletic facilities significantly.
