An evening of music at Stony Brook University will bring together two of opera’s greatest composers, Mozart and Salieri, through the words of the man who helped shape their work: Lorenzo Da Ponte.
On Wednesday, November 4, at 5 p.m., internationally acclaimed Italian pianist Francesco Attesti will join vocalists Valentina Piovano and Giulio Boschetti for “Lorenzo Da Ponte, Genio veneto: The Art of Words between Mozart and Salieri,” at the Recital Hall in the Staller Center.
